1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are responsible for account credentials and account security.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including invited team users.
• You must provide accurate registration and billing information.

2. Service Scope and Availability

We provide tools for website crawling, journey mapping, analytics enrichment, and AI-driven analysis. Features may change over time, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as part of product development or maintenance.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of law or third-party rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, or introduce malicious code.
• Reverse engineer the Services except where expressly permitted by law.
• Bypass limits, scrape abusively, or misuse API access.
• Submit data you are not authorized to process.

4. Customer Data

• You retain ownership of content and data you submit, connect, or generate through use of the Services ("Customer Data").
• You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services.
• You represent and warrant that you have all permissions needed to provide Customer Data.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their operations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related software, branding, content, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Unfold, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Fees and Billing

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes according to your subscription terms. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged.

8. Suspension and Termination

• You may stop using the Services at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for security risks, legal requirements, non-payment, or material breach of these Terms.
• Sections that reasonably should survive termination remain effective (for example: intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms).

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unfold, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, revenue, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the total fees you paid us for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unfold, Inc., its affiliates, and personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from your use of the Services, Customer Data, or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Unfold, Inc. is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in that venue unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice via the Services or other reasonable channels. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
